International customers

For international orders, shipping is calculated at checkout. While orders are shipped out using local postal service, the recipient country’s postal service will be responsible for tracking updates and delivery once the package reaches the destination country. If recipient country’s postal service does not deliver your packages, please feel free to contact us. We strongly recommend including your phone number and/or a PO Box, if applicable.

The timelines for international shipments are estimates and are not guaranteed. If your country charges import fees, it may take longer to receive your package. We strongly recommend international customers to include their phone number at the end of their shipping address.

Each order of a product or service through the system of is associated with an obligation to pay by your chosen method of payment. During the order process, you have the opportunity to see the products you buy and their prices, your names, e-mail, phone, address, postal code, method of delivery and method of payment.

For each order you will receive confirmation only by e-mail. You will be notified about the change in the status of the order (confirmation, processing, sending, etc.) on your account page. You can monitor the status of the current as well as previous orders from your personal profile.

If your package is undeliverable and returned to us because you’re not there, an incorrect address was provided, refuse to pay import taxes, or moved without notifying us, the shipping cost for your order will not be refunded. The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.  

To process a return, please send us an email and we'll process your request and provide any/all information you need to make your return.

Refund policy

Terms and Conditions of Return in Accordance with Consumer Protection Legislation

If you wish to cancel the purchase of your product in accordance with our policy and obtain a refund, in order to assist us in issuing your refund as quickly as possible, we ask that you do the following:

1. within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the products, please inform us by registered mail that you wish to return the purchased product;
2. make sure that you take reasonable care of the products and that they have not been used, worn, washed, modified or damaged;
3. the products must be returned, complete and unused, in their original packaging. If you wish to return a kit, it must include all of its components.

If you have fulfilled all requirements above, in accordance with consumer protection legislation, Oscar Organic will fully refund the price of the returned purchased products shipping. The fee will correspond to the original cost of shipping for your order. You will be notified if the returned products cannot be accepted because they do not comply with the terms and conditions indicated above. In this case, you may choose to have the products delivered to you at your own expense. If you refuse the delivery, Oscar Organic reserves the right to retain the products and the amount paid for the purchase of the products.
Please note that any duties, taxes and fees you have paid for the delivery of the purchased products, if any, shall not be refunded.

Refund Times and Procedures

Only after we receive the returned products and check that the they meet all requirements, you will receive an email confirming that the returned products have been accepted. In accordance with consumer protection legislation, the refund procedure will start within fourteen (14) days of when Oscar Organic was informed of your decision to exercise your right to return the purchased products and once we have checked that the return was carried out in compliance with the above conditions.

The time period for refunding the amount you paid depends on the form of payment used:

– Credit/debit card: the refund time will depend on the card company’s policies. We would like to assure you, however, that the value date for the credit will coincide with the date of the original payment; therefore you will not suffer any interest loss;
– PayPal: refunds will be credited to your PayPal account and will be visible immediately. The actual reimbursement to the credit card associated with your PayPal account depends on the card issuer.
